Our Approach

The Coach

Mr. Karlowski, a teacher, youth worker and archery coach. Over 40 years of experience working with people of all ages in different settings as well as over 20 years as an archery coach at levels from beginner to national. Has produced dozens of provincial and national medalists in all age categories. His archers have been representing Canada for over 12 years at World Championships, World Cups and Pan Am Games. In 2008 he was the recipient of Canadian Olympic Committee Coach Award for coaching Miss Kateri Vrakking to the Olympic level. In 2010 Mr. Karlowski and his archer, Timon Park represented Canada at the first Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. Mr. Karlowski continues to coach future champions and contributes ideas and strategies to improve Olympic Archery in Canada.

How to join?

Locations

Thinking of joining us?  We welcome new archers. Please drop by to watch a class and meet the coach before signing up. If a class is full or very busy, Coach will not be free to chat immediately. The best time to visit is between 7 and 7:30.

WEST END:

The Etobicoke Olympium

590, Rathburn Rd.

Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, 8:30 – 11:30 AM.

EAST YORK:

The Gymnasium of the Church of St. Columba and all Hallows

2723 St. Clair Ave, East, just East of O’Connor Dr.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays,  6 – 9 pm

BEACHES:

Note: Our classes here are full. Until further notice, we are unable to take new students at this location.

We are open during the school year and closed for school holidays: Christmas Break, March Break, and summer months.
